Adding images to assessment checklist items
Assessment checklist items can now include images via assessment templates ( for now this applies to checklist based assessments only ). This feature is particularly useful for S6 risk assessments.
Adding images to checklists helps clarify assessment points and improves the quality of assessments. Visual guidance makes assessments more detailed and consistent.
Doing this via templates enables even site-specific images (with site-specific assessment template)
Templates require assessment license and proper access rights. The can be via: Account Administration – Assessments – Assessment templates
Improved conducting assessments with mobile and tablet devices
as part of our continuing improvement of assessments, Conducting Assessment on mobile devices and tablets has been improved to make field work and inspections flow more smoothly. Button icons are bigger, information is presented in more concise way.
Users may monitor items alongside responsible persons
Requirements, findings, tasks and other registers now have the possibility to define observers in addition to responsible persons.
Observers receive information about changes similarly to responsible persons, but responsibility is still assigned to one user. This enables broader communication and better situational awareness in the organization without blurring responsibilities.
Default responsible person for finding types in EHS reporting
Setting a default responsible person per finding type for findings created through EHS reporter tool is now possible.
This speeds up finding processing when the responsible person is automatically determined based on the finding type. Organizations can predetermine who is responsible for what kinds of findings.
Improved actions follow-up report for sub-accounts
The actions follow-up report has been improved especially for sub-accounts. The report now includes per-account division and additional graphs.
The changes make following up on sub-account actions clearer and provide a better overall picture of different parts of the organization’s situation. Additional graphs help identify trends and development areas.
Software security has been strengthened with major version updates and yearly security hardening checks.
These measures ensure that the system remains secure and up-to-date with the latest security standards.
