The purpose of the food safety system is to ensure that food is produced, processed, stored and distributed safely to consumers. Most companies comply with certain standards and practices to ensure food safety. For example, the ISO 22000 standard is a general food safety standard, and its requirements are followed by many companies.

Food Safety – the main themes of the course
You will get an overall picture of what is required to meet the requirements of the food safety system, as well as a clear view of the key documentation requirements that meet the requirements of the standard and certification. In the training, we go over how a food safety system is built and put into use in a practical way.
ISO 22000:2018 standard
- We familiarize ourselves with the background of the FSSC 22000 standard and the key concepts related to food safety management.
ISO/TS 22002
- We familiarize ourselves with the requirements of the ISO/TS 22002 guidelines and offer concrete examples of their integration into food industry operations.
FSSC 22000 V6
- We go through the special requirements of FSSC 22000 V6 so that you understand their meaning and can consider them as part of your food safety system.
Your own company’s perspective
- We activate you to think about the requirements of the standard from your own company’s perspective. How you can apply the standard effectively and integrate it into an already existing management system or further more to an existing food safety system.
System construction and development
- We focus on practical tips and step-by-step instructions for building a system or developing an already existing system.
Target group
The training is suitable for everyone who is thinking about building a food safety system based on the FSSC 22000 standard or improving an already existing food safety system, for example to meet certification requirements. No previous knowledge of the theme is required. The training is suitable for example for:
- Quality managers who are responsible for the company’s quality assurance and management.
- Product managers, etc., who supervise the production of products and ensure that they meet food safety standards.
- Company management, such as CEOs, members of the management team and other representatives of the company’s top management, who are responsible for strategic decision-making and food safety.
- Production personnel who are directly involved in food production and play a key role in ensuring that daily operations comply with food safety requirements.
No previous knowledge of the theme is required.

750 € / participant (0 VAT) – billed after the training.
If registration for the training is canceled three (3) days before the start of the training or closer to the start of the training, 50% of the price of the entire training will be charged for the canceled registration.
Time & Place

The training is carried out as distance learning via the Teams. You will receive a participation link in your email closer to the time of the training.
The participant must have an internet connection and a computer or other device in order to be able to study in practice. However, the training does not require special IT skills.
