New features and changes
New features have been added
- Requirement Action Reminder, both as periodic and requested reminder
- Email ban for too many Bounced emails
Requirement Action Reminder
This is a Reminder of assigned requirements for a user.
There are two ways to get this reminder.
Firstly, one can order it from profile page, similarly to other reminders. It will include reminders for all accounts. This serves as a reminder to self.
Secondly, anyone with proper access rights can Request it for any or all responsible persons in Requirements view. This may be handy for example when preparing for assessment or a meeting. There is a time period which is used to limit how old items are listed as “newly assigned”.
The email sent will include three categories:
- recently assigned requirements – so that you know there are new actionable items
- all requirements which have not been met – they should be worked on if relevant; and hidden if not relevant
- Requirements which have not been acknowledged or worked on in two years (this can be later changed to account specific interval). It is good practice to check that requirements are still met periodically. These requirements are listed oldest first. List does not include hidden requirements (Periodically reviewing if business has expanded in ways that they should be included is recommended but how often depends a lot on the company).
Email ban for too many Bounced emails
In order to improve changes of not being labeled as spam we are stopping emails to users which do not receive them.
If your email server reports your account as removed, your user account gets marked immediately. Other ban reasons will accumulate and marking will happen after 10 undelivered emails in a row.
If your account has been marked for email ban, There will be a button on Frontpage with which you can remove the ban. Note that it will do nothing about the email failures and probably it will be set again. Corrective action is to contact your IT administrator for possible reasons your email server Bounces the connections from noreply@ehscompass.ramboll.com
