Accessing data stored on linked accounts

Are certain compliance topics covered at corporate level?

Many organisations find it most efficient to ensure compliance with certain regulatory requirements centrally at corporate level. Typical examples of this are requirements relating to REACH (the regulation on the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals) and transboundary movements of waste.

To make such topics and their compliance assurance more transparent, EHS Compass allows linked accounts visibility to each other’s registers and notes

For example:

  • Site accounts are able to see how corporate have handled defined topics and take inspiration from that

  • Different sites are able to compare notes that can be useful and time-saving if they have similar operations
  • Site accounts are able to indicate compliance in audit situations by showing the reports from the corporate-level account
